If items are received in a damaged state or the wrong item is shipped I will happily exchange it. Please be sure to settle your package to the bottom, before cutting into package, as to avoid damaging the product. Email wandaerervision@yahoo.com for any and all cases. If your package is returned, due to an incorrect address, you will have to cover shipping costs for your order to be reshipped. I am NOT responsible for ANY packages that are sent to the wrong address, the address that you type is the address that your package will be sent to. If you accidentally put the wrong address please EMAIL me ASAP within the first 24 hours I understand we all make mistakes. Please understand that I am NOT responsible for packages after shipping them out to the address you typed if your package says it’s been delivered but you say it hasn’t please contact USPS I cannot control packages after they leave my hands. Under no circumstances will buyers remorse be considered for refunds.
